This morning I had a lovely dream that shows how important sleep is and how we can enhance our own wellbeing even while we are in the land of nod.

I just love dreams, full of messages and symbolism, I think part of the school curriculum should be a course on how to interpret them, dreams are a gateway to discovering who we are. From dreams you can become lucid and from there go into the astral, or you can just hang out in normal dreams and enjoy the action.
We Forget but is Anything Truly Forgotten?
From August 2016
This morning I had a dream, one of those dreams that stay with you during the day, possibly a recollection of an ‘astral rescue’ brought back in the form of a dream.
A Lovely Day in the Astral Worlds
From December 2014
Extremely active morning as far as dreaming and OBE’ing are concerned. One of the first dreams I remember is flying in the garden, the garden was full of beautiful coloured cushions and we were flying and jumping from one to the other, very enjoyable.
White Fluffy Clouds
No Sunday morning OBEs to report but a night full of dreams and one in particular made me feel good.
I was with a group of people and we were organising something, a project. I’ve been doing a lot of organising lately so this really comes as no surprise. There was a lot to do and we were working our way through the business of the day.
The Guru Within…..
Today I’d like to share a dream I had, it was a very simple dream but it was one of those emotionally powerful dreams which stick in your mind the morning after.
In the dream the main character was a catholic priest, I don’t think the choice of religion is important, my mind probably used catholicism because living in Italy it is the major religion.
Sometimes You Just Gotta Sing and Dance!
Had a great dream this morning, I was dreaming and found myself in a very high building, I went over to look out the window, if I see a window in a dream I usually have the irristible urge to jump out usually the act of jumping out and flying causes me to become lucid, then I go from a lucid dream to the astral. This window was incredibly high and the view over the city was incredible. Unfortunately there were bars on the window and I couldn’t get out. My dream characters often try to stop me jumping out windows as they think I’ll die lol. Must be parts of me that resist me jumping into alternative realities. I went to find a window that was more ‘user-friendly’.
