Something that always makes me laugh in the morning is when I wake up thinking ‘oh well no OBEs or projections this morning never mind there’s always tonight. I get up go downstairs, put the kettle on, let the dog out, grab a coffee and return to bed with computer on lap catching up on emails and browsing facebook still in that ‘I’m not quite awake zone.’

A few days ago five words entered my mind, the title of this article – ‘It’s all about evolution’ – at the bottom of all our life experiences, joys and sorrows, laughter and sadness, the reason behind it all is evolution. Mindfulness – an essential skill
Mindfulness is becoming more and more popular because it actually works for many of the problems we have in life.
Basically mindfulness is about being aware in life, aware of your thoughts particularly and not allowing yourself to get involved in the endless chatter that goes on in our heads, it is about focusing on the present moment. Being present in our lives makes every moment important because you are there living it fully, how many moments do we miss in life as we are thinking about the future or stressing about the past, before we know it months have past, years and we lived most of that time lost in the endless noise in our minds.
