Extremely active morning as far as dreaming and OBE’ing are concerned. One of the first dreams I remember is flying in the garden, the garden was full of beautiful coloured cushions and we were flying and jumping from one to the other, very enjoyable.
This astral projection started off so well but ended a bit yucky. I flew through a window into the astral fully aware, the scene outside the window was wonderful, deep green valleys, perfect for flying in and de-stressing after Christmas. I could hear music, an Italian song, ‘Come Un Pittore’ such a great song and so good to fly along deep green valleys to.

This morning I simply had to have an OBE, I woke up at a perfect time to try, I looked at the clock and it was 4.44. So I did a loo trip, back to bed and focused on my intention to leave my body. I repeated ‘Now I am Out-of-Body’ I was soon sinking down into sleep I focused on keeping my mind awake. I don’t really know how long it took, but I was soon aware of having someone next to me in bed talking to me, I was actually physically sleeping alone so it wasn’t some sort of reflection of my husband asleep next to me.
Astral projection in theory is not difficult in itself, as easy as staying awake when falling asleep, sounds simple doesn’t it? However, it can take practise. Just lay in bed and keep your mind awake while you fall asleep. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve tried this technique but have been too tired to hang on to my mind, sometimes I manage it sometimes I don’t. After all, sinking down into sleep is such a pleasant sensation when it’s cold outside and the bed is just so warm and cosy.

Early this morning I was just falling asleep again after waking up, there was an image of a man in front of me, asking me what I was doing, it was as if he was right in front of my face but in miniature. I focused on him and said I was trying to stay conscious while my body fell asleep. As I sunk down the man disappeared and I realised I was in the mind awake/body asleep state. When I find myself in this state I usually do something before I can leave my body, I don’t know how to describe it, it’s like using a muscle; I don’t know the workings behind the action of deciding to move my arm but I do it anyway. I give myself a kind of energy buzz and at that point I can get up out of my body.
Yesterday I posted a video on youtube describing basically what I did when trying to keep up my astral projection experiences. After my first OBE I wanted to continue so I threw myself into it. One of the necessary things in life when we want to do anything successfully is dedication, whether we want to get fit, healthy, learn a new skill, create a beautiful garden we need to be dedicated to it.
Ever woken up wondering where you are? It’s as if you have been so far into yourself that it takes a while to get back to the physical and tune in to your surroundings. This morning I woke up with that exact feeling, it took me a few seconds to get all the information back in my head. Such a weird feeling.

Lately I have had a really strong desire to reconnect to my favourite guide. He last popped in for my birthday, every so often I feel the need to reconnect to him. This guide is the one that I believe had the job of inspiring me to start my inner journeys, it was my desire to meet him and talk to him that got me started on really trying to lucid dream. My lucid dreams then led to my first conscious out-of-body experience.

Interesting OBE this morning, I found myself in the mind awake, body asleep state and got up out of my body. I was aware that it was getting towards morning and soon there would be a bit of noise in the house so I dived through the door to the garden quickly so as not to think about the possibility of waking up, or I might have done just that.

Hello Everyone!
I had this OBE about a week ago and felt rather embarrassed when I woke up. Often now when I go to the astral I try to go deeper into my connection to God/the Source/the Universe and this particular astral projection was no different. However, though in my heart I know the easiest way to make the connection is to be peaceful, go deeper inside who I am without causing chaos and noise, this OBE was noisy.
